1. Who operates Studio Formula
Studio Formula is owned and operated by Tony V's The Blueprint LLC. In this policy, “Studio Formula,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Tony V's The Blueprint LLCoperating the Studio Formula service. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to support@studio-formula.com.
2. Scope
This policy applies to the Studio Formula website, professional workspace, public booking pages, and public receipt pages. It does not cover a beauty professional’s separate website, business, payment account, social media, or off-platform practices.
3. Information we handle
Depending on how the service is used, we may handle:
- Account information: name, email address, login and session information, passkey public-key credentials and device-provided passkey labels, and account-support communications. Biometric data used to unlock a passkey stays on the user’s device and is not received by Studio Formula.
- Business information: business and professional names, profession or specialty, branding choices, booking settings, service menus, prices, duration, deposits, and receipt preferences.
- Client and appointment information: client names, contact details, booking requests, appointment history, notes, service goals, accessibility information a client chooses to provide, and communications recorded by the professional.
- Service records: formulas, products, shades, amounts, costs, treatment or process notes, and related service history.
- Photos: consultation, current-condition, inspiration, before, after, and other photos uploaded by a client or professional.
- Checkout records: service totals, tips, payment method, physical cash included, payment status, references, and receipts. Studio Formula does not currently process card or bank payments and should not be used to store full card numbers or banking credentials.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, essential cookies or local storage, timestamps, security events, and diagnostic logs generated when the service is used.
- Public booking activity: estimated browser-tab visits, page views, device category, broad referring-source category, and successful booking-request events. These analytics do not store client names, contact details, form contents, or IP addresses in the analytics record and are retained for up to 90 days.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and secure accounts and separate professional workspaces;
- provide bookings, client records, photos, formulas, receipts, and related features;
- generate links and content a professional chooses to share;
- respond to support requests and service communications;
- prevent abuse, investigate errors, and protect the service; and
- maintain, evaluate, and improve Studio Formula.
We do not currently sell personal information or use it for third-party targeted advertising.
5. Professionals and client information
A professional decides what client information to collect and place in their workspace. The professional is responsible for providing any notice, obtaining any consent, and having any other lawful basis required for client contact details, photos, consultation information, service notes, and communications. Professionals should collect only what they reasonably need for their services.
6. How information is shared
Information may be shared:
- with service providers that support hosting, storage, authentication, email delivery, security, and operation of Studio Formula;
- when a professional or client asks us to provide or share a feature;
- when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect people, rights, property, or the service; and
- as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the service, subject to appropriate protections.
A professional’s public booking page displays the business profile and active services they choose to publish. Receipt links are designed to be shared with a client; anyone who obtains a valid receipt link may be able to view that receipt, so recipients should protect the link.
7. Cookies and similar storage
Studio Formula uses cookies or similar browser storage that are necessary to keep users signed in, protect sessions, remember essential settings, and operate the service. Studio Formula does not currently use advertising cookies.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security and backups, and meet legal obligations. Account holders may permanently delete their Studio Formula account and workspace data from Account & security in Settings, or request deletion help by emailing support@studio-formula.com. We verify self-service deletion with the signed-in email and current password. We may retain limited information where required or permitted by law.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, including authenticated accounts and workspace separation. No online service or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
10. Children and minors
Professional accounts are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. A professional who keeps information about a minor client is responsible for obtaining appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian and complying with applicable law. Please contact us if you believe a child under 13 provided personal information directly to Studio Formula without appropriate authorization.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to certain uses. Email support@studio-formula.comto make a request. We may verify your identity and may deny or limit a request where permitted by law. Clients may also contact the professional who collected their information through Studio Formula.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Studio Formula develops. The revised policy will show a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information, we will provide additional notice when reasonably appropriate.
