1. Agreement and operator
Studio Formula is owned and operated by Tony V's The Blueprint LLC. By creating an account, using a professional workspace, submitting a booking request, or otherwise using Studio Formula, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
Professional account holders must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Studio Formula for a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.
3. The service and founding beta
Studio Formula provides tools for business profiles, service menus, booking requests, client records, photos, formulas and protocols, manual payment records, receipts, and communications history. The service is currently offered as a free founding beta. Features may change, experience interruptions, or be added or removed as the service develops. Paid plans may be introduced later, but no subscription charge applies unless pricing is presented and separately accepted.
4. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and devices, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law. You may not share credentials in a way that defeats account or workspace security.
5. Professional responsibilities
Professionals using Studio Formula are independently responsible for:
- their services, prices, schedules, deposits, refunds, and client relationships;
- required licenses, permits, insurance, sanitation, safety, and professional standards;
- the accuracy and appropriateness of formulas, protocols, consultation notes, and service decisions;
- notices and valid consent for client information, photos, messages, and services; and
- taxes, records, receipts, and other legal or business obligations.
Studio Formula is an administrative tool. It does not provide beauty, barbering, medical, legal, tax, licensing, or financial advice, and it is not a medical record system or emergency service.
6. Booking requests and payments
A booking submitted through Studio Formula is a request until the professional confirms it. The professional—not Studio Formula—is the provider of the booked service and is responsible for availability, performance, cancellation, deposit, refund, and service policies.
Studio Formula does not currently process payments. Payment entries and receipts record information supplied by the professional and do not by themselves prove that funds were transferred, settled, or refunded. Do not enter full payment-card numbers, bank credentials, or other payment secrets.
7. Content and permissions
You retain ownership of information, photos, service menus, formulas, messages, and other content you provide. You grant Studio Formula a limited, nonexclusive permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and provide features you request.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload, including client photos and personal information. You may not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or malicious content.
8. Communications
You are responsible for messages you prepare or send using information in Studio Formula and must honor consent, opt-out, and marketing rules that apply to those messages. Current email and text features may open the professional’s device or email application; a recorded status does not guarantee delivery.
9. Acceptable use
You may not:
- access another professional’s workspace or data without authorization;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls;
- use the service for fraud, harassment, spam, unlawful discrimination, or illegal activity;
- introduce malware or automated activity that harms the service or its users; or
- use Studio Formula to store payment credentials or information you are not permitted to collect.
10. Third-party services
Studio Formula relies on third-party services for functions such as hosting, storage, authentication, and email. Separate terms and privacy practices may apply when you use an external payment, calendar, messaging, or other service. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent products or conduct.
11. Intellectual property
Studio Formula and its software, design, branding, and original content are owned by Tony V's The Blueprint LLC or applicable licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership. You may use the service only for its intended business purposes and may not copy or commercialize the platform itself without written permission.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Studio Formula at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, respond to legal requirements, address nonpayment under a future paid plan, or enforce these terms. You may permanently delete your account through Account & security in Settings. Contact support@studio-formula.com for account closure or data-export assistance.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Formula is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, specific business results, or that every error will be corrected. You should maintain any separate records reasonably necessary for your professional, tax, safety, and legal obligations.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tony V's The Blueprint LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost- profit damages arising from Studio Formula. Total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Studio Formula during the 12 months before the claim or $100 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Studio Formula develops. The revised terms will display a new effective date, and additional notice will be provided when reasonably appropriate. Questions may be sent to support@studio-formula.com.
